We invite you to join us at FISITA 2020 World Congress which will take place this time next year in Prague, Czech Republic between 14-18 September 2020.

The main theme of the Congress, Automobile and Mobility. New Roles. New Challenges, reflects the forthcoming changes across the automotive and mobility industry.

A balanced programme of plenary sessions, concurrent sessions, round tables, student programme and technical visits is being prepared enriched with top keynote speakers to deliver high-quality scientific content – see the full list of Congress topics here.

Student Papers

Students will be provided with the unique opportunity to present a technical paper for the first time as part of the main Congress – student papers will be incorporated within the Congress sessions as a full paper with a student attribute.

Travelling Fellowship

Always a popular initiative, this programme is comprised of technical tours to various automotive and mobility industrial and cultural sites in Prague and the surrounding region, followed by participation in the Congress. Travelling Fellows up to the age of 35 can take part in the programme which starts a week before Congress. Full details about the visits that are scheduled to take place will be announced in 2020.

Islands of Excellence/Virtual Islands of Excellence

This is a unique opportunity for universities and research institutes to showcase their innovative mobility projects as a part of the Congress exhibition with 45m2 exhibition space per Island on offer and use of basic exhibition equipment. Student teams can also apply to present via the Virtual Island of Excellence, where the presentation will be delivered remotely online.
