As per the recent announcement by Ministry of Finance, Currently, the service tax stands at 14.5 % comprising of 14 % service tax and 0.5 % Swachh Bharat Cess. Including the Krishi Kalyan Cess, the service tax now stands at 15%.
Accordingly the changes in nett payment of membership fee for different categories will reflect in membership fee

The 3rd edition of the Indian Automotive Technology & Innovation Awards (IATIA) is scheduled on December 16, 2016, at The Grand, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. SINE - Student Industry Education program is a forum established by the SAEINDIA Off-Highway board to provide exposure of Off-highway industry to women engineering students and engage more women engineers with this industry. This year, we have planned the event on a bigger and intense scale as SINE ‘ 2015. Fifty women students will be selected from various engineering institutes across the country. They will undergo two weeks of learning through industry visits, product and technology trainings, and personality development courses.

In the recent budget announcement by finance minister of India, service tax has been revised from 12.36% to 14% which comes into effect form 01-06-2015.
Kindly ensure membership subscription is paid taking into account the revised service tax at 14% on the base rates which remain unchanged (Rs 1400 for those above 28 years and 1100for all faculty advisor and members below 28 years)
Student membership rates continues to be same with service tax component increased to 14% with effect form 01-06-2015
